The best fish rolls ever in my opinion. Great rolls, very good fish, delicious tartar sauce and sauces, fresh vegetables in interesting creations - prepared and sold by nice ladies. Really recommended - if I didn't live 500 km away, I would be there every week.

I've loved herring for ages - but here I was allowed to fall in love all over again: juicy and tender, fresh and flawless - just perfect! The sherry matjes in particular is by far the best I have ever eaten in this area: a real treat for the palate, right up to the happiness hormone shower. The special rolls go perfectly with the fish in terms of taste and consistency, and the warm-hearted service frames the experience in the best possible way. We were promised the best fish sandwich "ever". What can I say: The promise was kept! We ate fish rolls with stremel salmon and homemade sauce, warmed the roll, nice and soft, that's how it should be. Great taste, very nice service.

After all the good reviews, we had to convince ourselves whether the fish is that tasty. Let's make it short: handling of the Corona rules exemplary and the taste of the two rolls were a dream. One can only recommend this address and we will definitely stop by again if we are only halfway in the vicinity

A must every year on vacation. Not only are the fish sandwiches and sauces just delicious, the boss's team is also unique. We are already looking forward to next year. My favorite, stremel salmon with homemade honey mustard sauce.

Incredibly delicious fish rolls! Lovingly and freshly prepared. The sauces that go with it are just as delicious and the rolls crispy just before 7 p.m. The service is very nice and courteous. Again and again!

Despite Covid measures having to grab and go, the fish sandwich from this place is simply amazing, especially paired with the house made garlic sauce. The crazy thing is I am not even a fish guy. So I would say this is a must visit.

Very delicious Backfischbrötchen. The breading was delicious and tasted much better than this classic industrial batter that you know so well. The bread was really crispy and not dry. The remoulade was also delicious. The service very friendly and just nice. We will be back!
